Chintaman Ganesh Temple is a famous temple of sehore . This temple is famous all over Madhya Pradesh. 

This temple is ancient. The idol of Lord Ganesha is enshrined in the temple. This idol is self-manifested. People come from far and wide to visit this statue. It is said that one's wish is fulfilled by having a darshan of the idol. This temple was established during the time of King Vikramaditya. This temple was rebuilt during the Maratha rule. This temple is beautiful.
 
Many devotees come here to have darshan of Ganesha. A big festival is celebrated here on Ganesh Chaturthi.

Lord Ganesha is installed in the sanctum sanctorum and with him Riddhi Siddhi is sitting beside Ganesha. Lord Ganesha has worn a silver crown. Ganesh ji is Swayambhu here, that means Ganesh ji is self-born here. Here many Shivlings of Lord Shankar have been made from glass and the shape of Om has also been
made, which looks very attractive.There are many other temples built outside the Ganesh temple.

When we came outside the Ganesh temple, we got to see a big banyan tree outside. Shri Batukeshwar Shri Dhan Kuber temple was built under the banyan tree. The idols of Hanuman ji and Shri Kaal Bhairav ​​ji were also sitting here

Swastik is made in the wall on the back side of the temple. Here Swastik was made in the entire wall.
People here believe that by making swastikas, people's wishes are fulfilled and when people come here, they make
reverse swastikas. When people's wishes come true. Then he comes again to have darshan of Ganesha and then makes the swastika straight.
